The Fire Bird - Swinger F-100-4-BIL is a heavyweight transmitter booster for the 11 meter band (27mc). With the transmitter you send a certain power into the input and this is amplified several times at the antenna output. This way you get more range for longer distances. I have owned this once and spent many hours with it. Mainly during the night hours because my neighborhood was not happy with all those disturbances.
