As seen at Galaxy's Edge! I've provided one solid full piece, one solid halved, and other in sections. Solid full piece needs to be scaled down. Solid halved can be printed on a CR10 S5. Sectional as is can be printed on a CR10 sized printer bed or scaled down for smaller printers.

Print out all parts
QTY 1 for each piece
QTY 20 for the PINS
The Outer Ring files are marked with numbers
Attach the Outer Ring files together with the pins
The files for the Fins are marked with Numbers also
Start with Fin1 and slide it into the slot at the top
Install the fins by number and work your way down until all are inserted
