The bell is designed to snap together, may require a little cleanup for a good fit. Prints good at the current size, I'm using this file to cast the parts in bronze.

Scale up or down as needed, keep in mind I check the minimum tolerances for metal casting at this size. I suspect the clapper walls will become too thin if you shrink the model too much...
