HMS Hawke was an Edgar-class protected cruiser of the British Royal Navy, the seventh Royal Navy warship to bear this name. Launched in 1891, she collided with RMS Olympic, sister ship of the Titanic, in the Solent on 20 September 1911. Her bow was severely damaged and later rebuilt into a straight stem, and she was cleared of blame by the court martial. The cruiser was torpedoed and sunk by a German submarine in the early stage of World War I in 1914.
