In this collection, I uploaded 1 model of simple interior scene with wooden table and some more decorative items in Chinese style. House with 3 rooms with view to a playground

Topology: House frame contains N-gon
UV unwrap: Fully manual, no smart UV, no UV overlapping, stretch UV
Dimension: Not close to dimension in real life
4K textures: Diffuse, Metalness, Roughness, Normal. Materials were baked in texture maps already.
Software to create textures: Blender, GIMP.
Rendering points of view: Good to render in close distance and all points of view.
Render engine: Eevee
Model building process: mostly by loop tool, not by modifying default object in Blender, Chinese script emboss on body with alpha texture in sculpt mode
Other info: some were werified with Kodama, meet most of CGtrader standard
Avaiable formats: Blender format. Table, chairs, baozi, cup are avaiable in FBX format with basic textures. Scene in zip file name Interior_wooden house.7zip
