Northrop Grumman has unveiled its next-generation precision strike missile, Jackal, developed in collaboration with AeroVironment. This advanced missile offers enhanced speed, range, and flexibility, designed for both offensive and defensive operations. Powered by a turbojet engine, Jackal reaches speeds of over 600 km/h with a range of 100 kilometers and the ability to loiter over targets for up to 15 minutes. It features a modular payload system for lethal and non-lethal missions and can be deployed from air, ground, or maritime platforms. Jackal represents a significant leap in precision strike technology, capable of operating even in GPS-denied environments, ensuring battlefield dominance.
