Includes over 60 unique buildings and 10+ high-rises as well as 50+ road pieces and hundreds of props used to decorate the scene from the street level to the rooftops. In total there are over 1300 buildings and over 4km of roads in the scene.

As the scene is relatively large at 1km x 600m, it's advised to have a decent computer to open the scene.

Included are PBR material textures, but due to performance reasons, the scene is supplied with albedo & normals only. All the other textures are available to be assigned to the scene easily due to easily identifiable naming system.

Unpack the "Texture" folder to the same folder as you have the 3D files, so the assets will load correctly.
