The Overall ConceptThis asset is a chilling piece of environmental storytelling. It is a standard hospital gurney (stretcher) that has been left to rot, making it a perfect prop for abandoned asylums, post-apocalyptic clinics, or survival horror corridors.
Rusted X-Frame BaseThe collapsible metal X frame that supports the bed is covered in deep, realistic rust and oxidation. The mechanical joints look seized and weathered, suggesting the height-adjustment mechanism hasn't worked in years.
