Buy Mandalorian Nevarro Window Bars 3D Print STL 3D print model

As seen in the Mandalorian and Grogu movie and the Top hit TV show The Mandalorian! This is seen all over the town of Nevarro and of course Mando and Grogus house. Looks so cool. Print is small or print it large. I have cut this up to be printed at 48inches (4feet) in 200m sections. I will most likely be releasing this as laser files and different cuts in the future. Dimensions (see pics):Fully assembled cut up version: 48inches (4 feet long) printed in 200mm sections with pins Small Printbed - approx. 202.54mm wide x 119.4mm tall x 19mm deepBut you can scale it to your printer bed size!

Items Needed (some are affiliate links):

QTY 1 - Bob Smith Superglue or equivalent

Assembly:

Print out all parts.

Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.

Small version:
place OuterFrame face down

place InnerFrame inside the Outerframe with the nice side down - place aside

28 Vertical pieces necessary

2 Horizontal longs necessary

2 Horizontal shorts necessary

Layout the Vertical Rungs (Vertically) with cutout section up

Lay the Horizonal-Rungs-Long on the Top and Bottom Cuts of the Vertical rungs-make sure that the angled ends are facing down

Lay the smaller Horizontal-Rungs in the middle cutout sections.

Use the Spacer tool to space them out correctly. (Glue when ready and let dry)

Grab the Outer and Inner Frame pieces and place the completed bar section into it.
Make sure the angled feet go into the slots.

Glue it all together when ready.

Do what you wish with the BlackBacking. Use this to mount to wall or screw as backing.

Large Cut Version: (see pictures to help you) - Using the files within the 48inch-4Feet-Cut folder - Build everything together in the designated folders. - Using the numbers to place them together - 28 Vertical pieces necessary - 2 Horizontal longs necessary - 2 Horizontal shorts necessary - Using the pictures provided in listing - Put all pieces together using the numbers. - Make sure to pin before gluing together. - Once each section is built you can refer to the Small version instructions.

PROTIP's:

Paint and let dry before handling.

Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.

Do not over tighten the screws.
