This scene was modeled in 3ds Max and consists primarily of quads.
In the 3ds Max versions this model is organized on layers and groups.
The base geometry of this scene comes from my Product ID:829340, Product ID:754237, Product ID 731149, and Product ID:621251, and is located in the exact spatial position respect to them.
This model represent the area bounded by Madison Avenue, E 47th street, 3rd Avenue, E 39th Street.
All buildings are located and are scaled based satellite images.Each building, have height and shapes exact as original.
Among the most important buildings:
Chrysler, MetLife, Grand Central Terminal, 100 Park Avenue, 101 Park Avenue, 245 Lexington, 383 Madison, 450 Lexington Avenue, Chanin, General Telephone, Grand Central Tower and many others.
The rendering is setup in mental ray.
Lighting is included .
No 3rd party plugin needed.
I also included a non-illuminated 3ds Max version with standard materials (if you do not use mental ray).
Lighting is included only in the 3ds Max version and materials may appear different in other program formats..
The buildings are all unwrapped.
Textures size is: 2048x2048, 1024x1024
Each Building have a Color Map, Bump Map.
Also includes Specular Map Mask , applied to Buildings with reflection windows.
In Accompanying Product Files section include PSD of buildings textures with layers.
