This is a Low Poly PBR Textured model made for use in Game Engines and has been tested in Unreal Engine 4.26. All Textures are in 1K for optimal performance and reduced project package size and has been kept seperated in order for you to customize to your liking. You can easily change the colors of any component on the model (refer to pic of the blue house version attached).
This model is perfect for any Medieval/Fantasy style game and the option to customize the colors means you can use this same asset in multiple areas of your game.
Unreal Engine users can simply drag and drop the .uasset files into your project's content folder with everything already setup (Lightmap Resolution, window reflection, collision and a few different materials already created).For non UE users I have included the .fbx file for use in any other software, as well as the .blend and texture files.
