A collection of over 160 modular pieces for building high-quality, game-ready, Medieval townhouses. All pieces within this kit are exterior only. No interior parts. This pack also contains a couple of extras, including a realistic canon, barrel and external perimeter walls.

These assets can easily be clipped together; most pieces are centred on a 2x2 grid. Snapping is best set at 0.5 (Blender).

Wood, roof tiles, brick, stone and lime plaster textures are 4k PBR and have seamless tiling. We have only used our own textures for this project. Great care has been applied to each asset, ensuring that textures unwrap well and repetition is minimal. The metal texture is procedural.

All assets come in a variety of different formats. Starting with the native, Blender (.BlEND), .OBJ, .DAE, .FBX, .STL, .PLY are also packed.

These assets are perfect for both rendering and game optimization. You can easily use them to create any Next Gen, size/design, based upon Medieval, Tudor, RPG and Fantasy themes. All meshes have cleaned wireframes and are optimised. Based upon a mixture of historical elements.

Each asset is named, sorted and added to the asset library in Blender 3.1.
