Tips and Tricks :
1 - Some images I used Glow effects of After effects Ps production software, like the in first image.
Already Exist a Glow Effects in 3dsMax file too, aplied to material ids 14, you can turn off or increase change your values in : "Rendering/Environment/Effects/LensEffects/Glow " ;
2 - May be the scene are slow,
when animating your camera, try open particle view "6" and turn off the main PFsource ( right-click on it / Turn Off),
than you animate based on reference objects and after all your turn on again the main PFsource.
