If you want to use it for a render you should first subdivide to create a smoother mesh.

I reccomend that you use the default .blend file; it contains the textures already packed into the .blend, with no need for material setup.

You can set up the speaker grille in some other material editor. There are lots of free speaker grille materials online, or you can use software like Substance Painter to create it.
