Unfortunately, some people unknowingly put packages into the drawers that are too large and thus prevent the drawers from operating properly. The drawer can become stuck and ultimately can damage the package along with the terminal.
Step - step using this mechanism :
Ensure specifications dimensions of the package can be included in the size of the drawer.
Sometimes the user will enter the oversized package and forced her to get in on a smaller drawer slightly to save costs.
