RODIN

The RODIN lander by ESA is a size-scaled equivalent mockup of the European lunar lander module, that will be used in the European future lunar mission. RODIN carries various containers ready for the rover robots LRU-1 and LRU-2. The lander hosts four of the modular payload containers, which are lowered to the ground to be reachable by the mobile system.
The lander also provides the communication link to the subsystems. The lander module also comprise energy systems such as solar arrays and connectors.
