The half track Sd.Kfz. 9 was the heaviest German tractore in World War II. Its main roles were as a prime mover for very heavy towed gunsand as a tank recovery vehicle. Approximately 2,500 were produced between 1938 and 1945. This is the cargo vehicle, with a box structure in the rear half of the chassis.
