Trash bin with an internal volume of 400 Liters, modeled using actual plans and dimensions. This model was widely used in Turkey during the late '80's and early '90's, and is still used to some extent today. It's made of aluminum painted grey. The main body, lid and rear wheels are provided as separate objects with correct origins (pivot points) so that they can be rotated in accordance with requirements of your scene. The model was Unreal Engine 5.6. Diffuse texture is provided with a PSD, so the text and images on the bin can easily be changed. I suggest you use the normal map with .75 strength in most cases, but 1.00 can come in handy in some situations like low light.

NOTES FOR THE RIGGED MODEL:

  • SK_... FBX is the skeletal mesh
  • AS_... FBX is the animation
  • The lid opening-closing action is animated. Reverse the opening animation to achieve closing.
  • The rear caster wheels are rigged. I use the rig to create a random pose of wheels in start-up, but I guess you could use it to create a real physics-driven caster wheel thingy.
