- G3/4" (BSP): 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm shaft length. (Inner diameter: 22mm)
- G 1" (BSP): 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm shaft length. (Inner diameter: 26mm)
- Each variation is available as a .obj (.mtl), .stl or .stp file for maximum flexibility and subsequent editing.
Design Optimizations:
- Tolerances: All threads are modeled with a -0.25mm diameter offset. This compensates for the natural expansion of 3D-printed plastics, ensuring a smooth fit right off the build plate without the need for post-processing.
- Wall Thickness: Engineered for durability. The robust walls are designed to withstand standard household water pressure when printed with high-density settings.
- Printability: Optimized for vertical printing (z-axis). In this orientation, the threads require ZERO supports.
