Note: This only works om blender 2.8 because it's using blenders eevee engine.
This project is created with the SHC Modern Mansion Pack and is based of my spanish modern mansion, but retextured and remodelled.
This house is rendered in the realtime eevee engine, all renders took about one minute to produce on a GTX960 graphics card.
All files are exported using the Blender 2.8 Default Settings.
1 wine cellar. 1 cinema. 1 Bar. 2 livingrooms. 3 bedrooms. 1 office. 1 kitchen. 2 dining rooms. 3 toilets. 2 bathrooms. 1 outdoor pool. 1 indoor pool. 2 jacuzzis. 2 car garage. 4 balconies. 1 separated garden house/lounge. multiple outdoor terraces.
The houses lighting is pre calculated by using indirect lighting and reflection probes, because of these probes, any piece of furniture you import, will automaticly adapt the correct lighting and reflections. if you wish to recalculate the house with different lighting, this will take between 1 and 2 hours on a GTX960 graphics card.
This project can be used for: Game development, product presentation, education, VR, Other realtime apps, Personal Projects and Commercial Projects. For optimisation reasons, the houses meshes are separated by material type (in edit mode the furniture can be separated).

All used textures are available in the main folder.
All render settings and materials are set up in the Blender file. Just choose a camera angle and the scene is ready to render
All exported files are triangulated, linked into one object and exported with default blender2.8 settings.
