A Low Poly SCAR L gun made with Blender 2.9

It is high quality with textures, smooth topology and modelling.

It comes in two formats, fbx and obj. The FBX one is game ready, just drag it into your scene, while the OBJ one may need some texture dropping. It has a bit too many vertices and polygons though. Feel free to use it in any commercial game, no charges or permissions needed!
