Every two guides were connected (paired), forming a single structure called a twin.... it seemed that the earth stood on end. For a second, everything froze. The exchange of fire on the front line ceased. A moment - and explosions thundered, destroying everything - troops, military equipment, ammunition, fuel, everything that the enemy had concentrated at this station. Several minutes passed, and a raging sea of fire burst out over the station. The surviving German soldiers fled in horror, abandoning their weapons and equipment ...BM-13 fought on all fronts of the Great Patriotic War, becoming one of the symbols of victory.
