This model comes fully textured, but they are only meant to serve as guides for re-texturing. The tank comes with two turrets, a double barrel and a standard single barrel. The model is rigged by two disks located under the turret that control the whole tank and the turret respectively. (When I say control I mean is the parent of) The main gun also has its own controller, a cube located inside the main turret barrel that allows for easy elevation changes.
