Description
This model has been inspired by the amazing American M1 Abrams tank.
The model consists of 8 objects, intended for easier rigging:
- Tracks x2
- Wheels + Suspension x2
- Main body
- Turret
- Gun
- M2 Browning
The model itself was done in such a way to be suitable for easy rigging and animating. This means that the parts that are usually animated are separate objects.
To change the texture (in Blender) all you have to do is select a different texture under the Skin material.
This model does not have a modelled interior.
The M1 Abrams is a main battle tank utilized primarily by the United States Army and Marine Corps. Introduced in the early 1980s, it has undergone several upgrades and variations over the years. With a powerful gas turbine engine, advanced armor, and a sophisticated fire control system, the M1 Abrams is renowned for its exceptional mobility, firepower, and survivability on the battlefield.
