The M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System (M270 MLRS) is an American armored, self-propelled, multiple rocket launcher.

The MLRS chassis is based on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. The first M270s were delivered to the U.S. Army in 1983. The MLRS has since been adopted by several NATO countries. The MLRS first saw service with the United States in the Gulf War. The MLRS has been upgraded to fire guided missiles.The model was modeled after the IDF MLRS, with the addition of auxiliary compartments and equipment.
