This is a high quality modular house with a fully furnished interior for Blender Eevee and Cycles.
Everything is textured with CC0 (copyright free) textures and modeled by me.
All the lighting is baked for Eevee (both day and night) for high performance renders.
Also works for Cycles renders.
You will receive the file with everything included as displayed in the renders.
Doors and windows are animated. Slide timeline at the bottom to open doors and windows.

This house can also be bought in a 5, 10 or 20 house pack.
There is also a free shed available to try out the quality.

This project is made with high quality modular parts which results in high performance and low memory usage. All parts are instanced too.
I would still suggest 8gb of ram and 6gb of Vram
All interior lights are using material emission. For Eevee this light is baked in, meaning a very high performance at the cost of slightly less accurate lighting from interior light sources.
Fully modular and scene setup
The entire house and kitchen is created using a modular setup:
All the origins are placed in such a way that parts rotate and connect well .
Doors have their origins at their hinges.
The grid is 3.6x3.6x3 meters in Blender. If you want to use the grid while moving these parts: make sure to search for ‘’unit scale’’ on the left in Blender, and set it to 10. When you are done, set it back to 1.
Every part has both their object and data named.
Polygons:

Exports:
This exported file formats are exported with default settings from Blender 3.6
