The device is called 'UB-5k' ('УБ-5К' for reference), it's being used on the Soviet/Russian/Ukranian NAVI warships as an internal communication stationary device which allows to talk to the crew ascross the ship.

Modeled in Blender 2.83, textured in Substance Painter 2019, rendered in IRay (internal Substance Painter renderer) and Unreal Engine 4.
