This model is very detailed and built near to scale. It comes with all textures and materials as shown here. It has many animateable features including the naval gun, rudder, radar antenna and other objects. The launch can be used separately.The model is provided several formats.These models can be prepared for and used in some games and are usable for video animations.

The Spanish Navy developed the Santa Maria Class Frigates based on the Oliver-Hazard Class frigates of the US Navy. They were built locally in Spain and in two phases. The first phase included 4 ships and phase two included two more ships with improvements over the first. The Santa Maria has a slightly larger beam to allow for more room to include future developments of weapons, navigation and sensor technology. The class is currently receiving MLU (mid life update) including new EU suite.
