Description

Before the age of iron graced the Celts, they exercised masterful craftsmanship in their bronze weaponry, and none is more recognizable than their leaf-bladed swords. The oldest version of which, the Gundlingen, was far more common than those which came after and often featured an all metal grip that exemplified the Celtic affinity for metalworking through ornate twisting patterns at the base of the hilt. While the tip of the blades were sharpened to a point at first, they gradually became rounder and more blunt in subsequent centuries, implying that Celtic fighting style favored cutting over thrusting attacks with the weapon.

Three texture sets are included: A clean all-bronze version, a slightly worn version of the previous, and a corroded version.
